Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy duration consist of 7 working days from the day of receive. If the 7 days have passed since the day of the received, unfortunately we won't offer you a refund or exchange of item.
Any item return or refund is only acceptable in the event that the item is damaged, wrong size delivered and we will also proceed with a return and exchange to the item of the correct item.
To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers from abroad wishing to return products are kindly requested to ship the items to our company's showroom for a refund process. Please note, we are unable to cover international shipment fees, and customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return. Upon receipt of the returned items at our showroom and verification that the products are in new and unused condition, we will initiate the refund to the customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return item is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund of the items itself will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few working days.
Customers may be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item at the discretion of the seller. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping and handling costs may be deducted from your refund.
We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund will reflect on your account.
